Etta Says!™ is dedicated to offering you first class service. If you have any problem with your order, for any reason, simply return the item(s) within 30 days of purchase date for a full refund. It's a no hassle, no worries philosophy that helps to ensure 100% satisfaction when you shop with us.
If the return is the result of our error, the cost of the return shipping is free, and will be added to your refund. If your return is not the result of our error, the shipping costs associated with your return will be deducted from the amount of the refund. Once your return has been received, we will issue a the refund within 30 days.
Return Instructions:
Please securely repack merchandise in the original shipping box or other packaging that will protect merchandise from damage during shipping.
Please include the following information:
- Contact name and phone number
- Date of purchase
- Original invoice or sales receipt
- Exact item and quantity to be returned
- Receipt for return shipping ( If your return is the result of our error)
- Reason for return

Refunds
Etta Says!™ will issue your credit card or electronic payment account for the price of any item that you return if your return is received within 30 days of the PURCHASE date. We’re sorry but we cannot accept any returns, refunds or exchanges after 30 days.
It may take up to 30 business days to process the return and credit your account. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction.
